中国移动预计2027年算力投资超千亿元建7个吉瓦级智算园区

中国移动董事长陈忠岳在移动网络大会上表示，中国移动投资最大增量在算力，正在布局超大规模智算集群，未来两年智算能力将连续翻番并建成多个吉瓦级智算园区。中国移动提出一体建强通信网、算力网、智能网，推进 400G OTN、空芯光纤与风液同源等技术应用，并推出 AIDC 全栈方案与 MoMA 模型服务平台。到 2027 年，中国移动计划进一步提升采购总量，持续加大算力投资以确保智算能力倍增。

Chen Zhongyue, Chairman of China Mobile, announced that the company's total procurement is expected to exceed 500 billion yuan by 2027, with computing power investments topping 100 billion yuan and intelligent computing capacity doubling annually over the next two years. China Mobile is currently deploying multiple hyperscale intelligent computing clusters, with plans to build 3 new gigawatt-scale intelligent computing campuses this year and 2 more next year, bringing the total to 7. In addition, the operator will expand its 400G OTN capabilities, accelerate the deployment of hollow-core fiber, and upgrade its "computing network brain" to facilitate computing power grid integration and unified scheduling.

At the 2026 Mobile Network Conference, China Mobile announced plans for total procurement exceeding 500 billion yuan in 2027, including over 100 billion yuan dedicated to computing power to drive consecutive doublings of its intelligent computing capacity over the next two years. The company is deploying multiple hyperscale computing clusters, breaking ground on 3 new gigawatt-level computing parks this year and another 2 next year, bringing its total to 7. China Mobile also plans device procurement and sales of over 100 billion yuan in 2027, aiming to sell more than 100 million devices.
