   CheXPoT：VLM 生成放射学报告的事后视觉验证与修正框架

   研究人员提出 CheXPoT 框架，通过程序思维（PoT）执行事后视觉验证，以消除 VLM 生成放射学报告中的模型幻觉。该框架借助 RadGraph 与 LLM 分解报告谓词，结合 DenseNet-121 和 Grad-CAM 视觉证据表剔除缺乏依据的内容并重写报告。
