   研究指出将长程 Agent 的失败归因于其历史需提供经执行干预验证的反事实证据，而非仅由评审阅读轨迹文本进行推断。该标准要求冻结可执行中途状态、仅修改可见历史后继续运行，并提供重放证书；实验表明哈希相同的快照恢复时多达 20/24 会偏离实时运行，而在恢复捕获的随机流位置后 24 个状态才全部与实时延续一致。
