   普适鲁棒性定律的四种扩展：对数凹协变量、异质混合分布、向量值预测器与马尔可夫数据

   普适鲁棒性定律的高斯集中、同质分布、标量输出与独立样本四大假设被逐一放宽，指数集中即可维持原收敛速率与绝对常数。在异质混合分布下最差分量常数由加权平均替代，向量值预测器的 Frobenius 尺度界限不受输出维度 $K$ 影响，平稳马尔可夫协变量亦保持 i.i.d. 速率。整套推导由单一主定理统领，且给出了全部显式常数。
