Apple Intelligence in China: First Wave of Core Features Detailed, Adding AirPods Real-Time Translation and Qwen Integration

Apple has rolled out the first core features of Apple Intelligence for the Chinese mainland market in the initial iOS 27.3 developer preview, officially integrating Qwen. The update covers real-time translation for phone calls and face-to-face conversations via AirPods, Clean Up in Photos, Visual Intelligence, Writing Tools, and Notification Summaries. After signing in to a Qwen account, users can invoke Qwen within text fields across the system and third-party apps like WeChat for text writing, image generation, and Q&A.
