LangSmith BYOC reaches GA on AWS, enters beta on Azure and Google Cloud
LangSmith BYOC is now available on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
LangSmith's Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) deployment model is now generally available (GA) on AWS and in public beta on Azure and Google Cloud. In this architecture, LangChain hosts the control plane, while the customer's cloud account runs the data plane to retain sensitive data such as traces, prompts, datasets, and agent deployments. LangChain handles scaling and version updates for the data plane and has made available corresponding Terraform modules and self-hosted migration tools.
The original article provides architectural details on the separation of the control and data planes alongside migration workflows, helping enterprises with regulatory and isolation requirements evaluate managed hosting costs.
