Tencent Expands Hy4 Inference Cluster Tenfold, Ranking First Among Open-Source Models on Agent Arena

Tencent announced that due to a surge in API calls for its Hy4 large language model, the WorkBuddy inference cluster has undergone a tenfold expansion alongside an increase in free trial quotas. On benchmark leaderboards, Hy4 ranks second among Chinese models on the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index, tying with Grok 4.7 (xhigh) overall at a per-task cost of approximately $0.78; on the Agent Arena leaderboard, it ranks 13th overall and first among global open-source models.
