VSL Launches AI Musician Plugin Vienna Performer
VSL Performer (AI generated orchestral tracks)
AI guide
Vienna Symphonic Library (VSL) has released Vienna Performer, a DAW plugin that leverages AI models to render composers' MIDI data into orchestral audio complete with realistic phrasing, breath, and bowing details.
Why it matters
Instead of generating songs from scratch via text prompts, it renders composers' existing MIDI into realistic orchestral performance details, showcasing a practical path for AI to assist traditional arrangement workflows.
