At the 2026 Mobile Network Conference, China Mobile officially launched its AI Network, building a networked artificial intelligence infrastructure that coordinates communication and computing networks. On the production side, it introduced the "Xinhe" heterogeneous computing platform, the OISA GPU interconnect protocol, and the GSE inter-node network protocol; on the distribution side, it established the MoMA platform, AIDN, and the Internet of Agents (IoA); on the application side, it upgraded the 12580 personal AI assistant and Mobile Tiangong platform, while laying out an open service space for AI agents.
