Palo Alto Networks in Talks to Acquire AI Agent Security Startup Clutch for $500M

Palo Alto Networks is in talks to acquire AI agent security startup Clutch Security for $500 million in cash plus additional milestone payments. Clutch specializes in securing AI agent access to enterprise systems and currently generates nearly $10 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), valuing the startup at roughly 50 times ARR if the transaction is completed.
