China Mobile Unveils Computing-Network Brain 4.0, Reports 120,000 PFLOPS of Total AI Computing Capacity

China Mobile officially launched Computing-Network Brain 4.0 and unveiled BITS, its full-stack AI computing service system. Its total AI computing capacity has reached 120,000 PFLOPS. On the infrastructure front, the company has brought five gigawatt-scale computing parks and two clusters with more than 10,000 cards online across eight national hub nodes. It has also delivered the country’s first large-scale data center park integrating power generation, grid, load and storage in Zhongwei, Ningxia. Daily calls to its token services have exceeded one trillion, and the services support leading models including DeepSeek. A cross-province pilot between Fujian and Ningxia has also demonstrated the migration of 100-card computing tasks in under 15 minutes.
