PUE 与能效等级：GB 40879-2021
- PUE = 数据中心总耗电 ÷ IT 设备耗电，越接近 1 越好；国际上的定义见 ISO/IEC 30134-2。
- GB 40879-2021 把数据中心能效分为三级：1 级 PUE ≤ 1.20、2 级 ≤ 1.30、3 级 ≤ 1.50，3 级即能效限定值。
- 标准 2021 年 10 月发布，2022 年 11 月 1 日起实施，是强制性国家标准。

数据中心PUE的三级测量标准与IT能耗采集规范
- PUE由绿色网格组织定义，计算方式为数据中心总设施能耗与IT设备能耗的比值。
- IT负载计量位置分为三级：L1基础级在UPS输出端，L2中级在PDU输出端，L3高级直接在IT设备输入端测量。
- 不同测量级别对应不同采样频率建议：L1为每周记录一次，L2为每小时记录一次，L3则需达到15分钟或更短的测量间隔。
