- PUE = 数据中心总耗电 ÷ IT 设备耗电，越接近 1 越好；国际上的定义见 ISO/IEC 30134-2。
- GB 40879-2021 把数据中心能效分为三级：1 级 PUE ≤ 1.20、2 级 ≤ 1.30、3 级 ≤ 1.50，3 级即能效限定值。
- 标准 2021 年 10 月发布，2022 年 11 月 1 日起实施，是强制性国家标准。
