    • DN350自清洗过滤器因水封腐蚀且钢刷主轴磨损导致冷却水泄漏、冷机停机，由于备用冷机故障无法启动，制冷系统面临无冗余运行风险。
    • 针对异型主轴制作需3至4天的问题，抢修组拆除主轴与内刷，用铁板焊死法兰盘安装孔后回装，耗时2.5小时完成盲堵注水，恢复N+1冗余。
    • 提出储备功能降级但体积小、安装快的“非全尺寸”应急备件，通过临时牺牲自动排污清洗等次要功能，缩短抢修时间并降低库房占用。
